Is everything free to use? Do I have to pay?
Yes, it’s free to use and no, you don’t have to pay anything, just place a link back to eiencafe.com on your site or take the code if provided which already has a link back here and you’re good to go 
Can I use your avatars/icons to make my layouts?
No, avatars/icons are avatars/icons to use in forums or on LJ, Tumblr etc.
Can I save your avatars/icons to my computer?
No, you can only use codes. If you save them on your computer, most probably you won’t remember where you got them, how can you credit then?
Can I use your banners as background on my profile?
No, they’re banners to use as forum signature. However if you credit in a visible place, you may use them as background.
Can I use your wallpapers as background on my pages/profile/etc?
No, definitely not; they’re wallpapers, they’re only for your desktop.
Can I redistribute your graphic?
No. You can’t make a website over other people hard work especially if you don’t credit. Make your own, if you like something and you would like to know how I made it just ask, I can make tutorials.
Can you make costums?
No, I don’t have time to fully update the site, I surely don’t have time for costums, sorry.
