This week question:

How do you organize your books for review? Does it work for you or have you had to change it? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)

My answer:

Right now I make a future post when I start reading a book, then while I read I update it with my thoughts. When I finish it I jot down a quick review with what I want to say. Close to that date I review my post and add everything else (synopsis, book details etc). So I post as I read, I mean more or less I post chronologically. First read, first reviewed.

This week question:

Is there a fictitious town in a book that you would love to live in? What makes it appealing? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)

My answer:

No, other than A song of ice and fire, I’ve never read books with fictitious towns. And I wouldn’t like to live in Westeros or in any other Martin’s worlds… (even if I love those books!)

This week question:

Do you overextend yourself with too many reviews because you can’t pass up a book in hopes you will get them all done or do you carefully plan and be sure you can fulfill the deadlines for all the promised reviews? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)

My answer:

I don’t have promised reviews, I review as I read what I want. I tried NetGalley but apparently only Americans and Canadians can use that website so no foreign input for those books. And I haven’t had any proposition to review any books, yet.

This week question:

How many book clubs do you belong to? If you do belong to an in-person book club, do you have meetings in the day or evening? Do you meet at someone’s house or meet at a local restaurant or coffee house?  (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver’s Reviews)

My answer:

None. It’s not a big thing here in Italy I think…

This week question:

Who is your favorite children’s books author and why? (submitted by Kitty @ Vicarious Bookworm)

My answer:

Unfortunately I’ve never read much when I was young so I didn’t have a favorite author (and I don’t read children’s book now); I can say that the Little Mermaid was my favorite book, though…

This week question:

Do you enjoy reading retelling of, or ‘sequels’ to, classic novels? Why or why not? (submitted by Maria @ A Night’s Dream of Books)

My answer:

I actually never read any retelling story of classics so I don’t know if I would like them. Sequels maybe, if they are written by the same author.
